paint prob

facing a big prob here guys,,, i stick sugar paper on my bonnet for some display purposes,,,then it rains,,,the whole paper wet,,,then i turn on the engine heat up the bonnet...then when i took the sugar paper out, got black print on my bonnet:cry_smile: :cry_smile: :cry_smile: :cry_smile: :cry_smile: :cry_smile: ....it's as if part of the paint...cannot b scrap out,,,any suggestion??? help help@ thanks a lot..
