eagle has requested for de 2nd set of talkie...

some simple rules :

1. short horn 1X to get attention of de car in front unless he is deaf..
2. flash 2X to ask to slow down.
3. we will have 2 pace cars, 1 in front n 1 behind, front car will run, maximum, speed limit, back car will inform front car of anybody who is driving slower n control de pace of de group. no guesses y we have talkies now eh?
4. if u wan to speed, wind down ur window n wave outside to show u wanna speed off. up to u, we r all adults so i dun wan some of u to feel frustrated if u wanna speed.
5. always bear in mind, safety 1st...

note : anybody else would like to contribute ideas can mention n if it makes sense, i'll add into de list.
