2. EPF statement, if u dun hv any, pls walk in n register as new member. i need the confirmation slip.
3. Bank statement of ur savings or ur current salary bank in acc.
4. Ur Bank book, atm card & pin number, preferably open new acc for this purpose.:stupid:
