hi guys i want to ask

i have proton wira 2001 vdo 1.5liter
-can the ignition timing be adjust?
-can the inj duty cycle change percentage?

by using those launch diag controller? or self purchase obd adapter and convert?

You won't be able to do anything to the ignition timing with those gadgets. Easiest way is to modify the crank sensor holder, make it read lower/higher just by adjusting the position of the sensor placement. Or get a crank pulley and modify it so it can turn a few degrees. I had mine done like that.

Not sure about the injector duty though. Why do you want to modify this?

Yala. I've already told you how to do it for the VDO. There's no other way.
