Cun! Can nego a bit? Is it Enkei Taiwan..? Light rim? RM350 possible?

View to appreciate. It's Enkei. Not Taiwanese wheel. Not heavy. RM400 is inclusive of installation & Balancing.

Made in which country if it's not Taiwan? Is it Japan made? Can trade in with my Black Racing 14" White color?
