R Connection Cam Pulley

Er bro just to duble confirm, I heard some performance part like adj cam pulley having some prob (brand taiwan - A*R* Sp**D*) coz for Honda, The nut n screw got 3 pcs only. To be strong - should 4 or 5 nut m screws to avoid slip coz screw tighten not so strong. (but the latest news, this brand oredi manufactured 5 nut for Honda)
