radiator questions

hi bro boi...thnx 4 ur reply..however its just n ordinary rubber hose actually...i notice its connected from the thermostat outlet to wat i think is n inlet of d turbo...

i thought s much dat its x suppose 2 b blocked or else y bother wiz a hose rite...just block d outlet at d thermostat...however im worried further problems if i decided to just remove d screw...

pls advice
