Redrill rim pcd hole.

anybody know how much izzit to redrill pcd holes for sport rim.?
eg: change hole pcd from 100 to 110?

any tyre shop can do?
any shop near puchong/bangi can do?

I'd advise against doing so. Too risky to change the PCD because the rim may not be as strong as before. Besides, if the workshop drill wrongly, you'll have all problems ie. vibration problem.
