Just wondering, if someone wanted to have a reliable and fairly drivable r32 with 700hp, what is needed? Let's just say these are the requirements:

- twin turbo setup (not big single)
- locally (Malaysia) available parts (not complete engine from Japan)
- built by local tuner (Gt Auto maybe?)
- no Nitrous
- 4wd retained n strengtened transmission of course.

Also, what is your estimate on the cost?
