SHADOW RACING ADVANCE AT Controller e-Drive (Most cars)

Hi, PLEASE do not mind me asking. what comes in this package, includes the throttle pulley? (since it's more expensive than the E-Drive package). How does the mechanism work with my cable linked throttle in getting better/faster throttle response? Thanks in advance...
