Not sure whether this has been posted before already, but here's something I came across while surfing.

It's for partially obscuring the number plate when the ange is not directly in front of you. Do you think this will work in Malaysia?

but then again, it's not exactly the same. the specterguard thing makes it illegible at certain angles and does nto require electronics. just paste it on the number plate. just like the holographic thingies we used to have as kids.
 
The electrical activated plate no cover... is that effective? can be used on our type of plate no?
