Don't know why a lot of people would rather use the jammed up toll-free road near Eastin Hotel just to avoid paying RM1. I thought getting stuck in a jam would consume more fuel than going through a toll.

correct.some ppl are so stingy that they forget that they're using more petrol to use a different route to save one buck.
