CC5 are Conti entry level tyres, more for comfort. GY Assurance fuel max should be mid level and more toward durability and less rolling resistance. If you want wet and dry grip you will need to get UHP tyres.

I see... how to know the tyre is UHP tyres? is there any indication on marks on the tyres to tell us is UHP? sorry that I do not know much about tyres.. only know how to see which has the beautiful treat...

Nope not indicated. You need to know the respective tyre model in their respective brands.
Many went by price but that also not indicative as premium brand are higher priced, so an entry level tyres of premium brand would be close to another mid level category of another brand.
UHP performance models also starts in 15" category and comes in 55 series aspect ratio and below.
60 series and above also mostly are mid and entry level for comfort.

Try the bigger tyre shops. If in PJ can ask Hup Shun (Sunway) or Quicksave (USJ)
If they do not stock, they can order for you....
