toyota harrier speed cut

guyz.....i need some help here.....does anyone in the forum who knows how to remove speed cut for 1st generation toyota harrier......do let me know thanks.....in advance........=)

Well, i think install a RSM gadget would help...it juz my cents...let other sifu here give u more advice!

install pivot speed meter x.a lot more cheaper then rsm.
