Toyota Wish Package

Dear Sifu-sifu around,

i planning to purchase t.wish but there are so many package available.
Im a bit confuse with all the package available such as X, XS, Aero, Z....

Also what is the different between VVTi and VVTi-D4?
T.Wish 1.8 or 2.0; which one better...

Can any one help me on it?
