track car need help.

before i'm getting one of them, i need some help.
let say this car got all documents,can i restore the car and birng it to puspakom and drive it on the road(legally?)
or is it possible for me to swap the engine to another car?(legally also)??

no one can help you , a track car cant be registed for road legal ,
