Trend Micro System Cleaner is a a free comprehensive stand-alone virus removal utility using the latest virus definition file from Trend Micro used to detect and remove major viruses.
It can detect, clean or erase malware like viruses, worms and trojan horses. Download and extract to the Trend Micro System Cleaner folder, if you have downloaded the new virus pattern, remove the old ones from the direcory its usually named LPT$VPN.xxx. Below files ..
- Virus Pattern Files / Cleanup Templates.
- Spyware Pattern Files / Cleanup Templates.
- Spyware Pattern Files for the new SSAPI Anti-Spyware Engine.
- Virus Pattern File (Official Pattern Release) or Virus Pattern File (Controlled Pattern Release).
