Tribute Ktar Student

currently i still studying in tar...

all this while wangsa maju section 2 is the highest crime rate is KL...and this is not the only 1st case...there is alot more..just this time the poor kid didnt make it..and now only they take it serious..

and i've heard yesterday MCA fellas came to tar give some speech...after happened only starts to take action..so do the police

b4 this...never take it serious...

Not enough forces but they have the time to collect fines and fine people for loud exhaust? Something is wrong here. It seems we have more traffic cops than normal cops here.

and they always open unauthorized blocks near wangsa maju...got once they trying to stop me...i dont gv a fak just pass the blocks....they dont hv cones...flashing blue lights..just few motorbikes beside the road...they just use torchlight to ask u to stop..

long time ago, when people were friendlier, there was a rukun tetangga patrol everynite
made up by students. each row of houses had a leader, collaborating with the resident in the area. patrols were held everynite on a turn by turn basis. this kept the crime rate low.
there were even regular gotong royong sessions to clean up TBR with the residents.
now, everyone has a personal life and couldn't care less about the safety of others, as long as nothing happened to them.
maybe its time the students took part in these activities, or revive it, instead of being selfish.
i know of this because i talk to residents, basically retirees, cos by talking older ppl u learn, this is something the younger generation doesnt do.

ecstacy elmo- ypu are very right. there is a need for people to set up a joint community effort to curb crime.

in my area we usually catch up with pther neighbours in the evening which is after work. then again after dinner to walk the dogs. in a way this sends out a clear signal to potential crminals.

Another thing i wish more for is proactive action. if you witness crime do something. Many do not wish to get involved but the least you can do is shout to attract attention.

Its a big loss to malaysia for losing such a bright kid. I hope his killers be apprehended and served with the most severe of punishments.

rest in peace...

recently, my friend also passed away after falling from his apartment at 18th floor... i think local newspaper got report.... this case happened in malacca... he was also mmu student... he was a nice, friendly, kind hearted guy...

rest in peace for him as well...

yeah....pro-active........
but nowadays........we're all selfish (ok...not all; but generally)
it's because the society has moved into a fast pace one; and everyone needs to catch up; thus always complaining no time for this lar and no time for that.
Obviously rukun tetangga would be a nice one........but it needs a good leader to start and leads it......
