Turbo clamp loose

Guys,
My clamp keeps getting loose. Look at this nut, is it meant to be tight or its suppose to have some freeplay? Can i lock it tight permanently with some threadlocker??

it should be tight.if u can turn around the v-clamp,that's mean
it loose liow.

try put a tiny washer n see if it works
only thing on my mind is a one small spot weld , i dont mean the hardcore weld, one dot , so that when u wanna remove it just put some oxy n hit that chip off :)

thanks guy, will just tighten another nut and prevent it from getting loose.
If i totally loosen the v clamp, its still ok right? dun have to send for balancing?

loctite damn expensive..RM75 per bottle.
Using Abro threadlocker. Applied to most of my bolts, will see if it really work or not.
