CF4 engine use 4 litres ++ engine oil, 4 litres are not enough for ur engine, So u need 5 litres..
It's flexible, but i'm recommend u to use VTEC-L SEMI ENGINE OIL...
Oil filter is RM 8.00

It's flexible....Up to u
But if ur's engine got piston rings worn out, better use SEMI synthetic engine oil, Cause don't waste ur's money....
Buy reliable & valueable lubricants for ur's vehicle.:cool:
