What's The Differences Between Earth Cable and Volt Stabilizer?

EC is to provide smoother flow but wont reduce fluctuation.
VS is to reduce fluctuation in the flow...
 
oh.. EC = earth cables... also known as GK = grounding kit

GK = better current flow, not stabilized voltage
VS = Stabilized voltage, but not better current flow
GK + VS = better current flow + Stabilized voltage
