where to fix 1JZ Wiring

I have problems with my 1JZ Wiring every mechanic that I go just makes it worst any recomendation for wiring foreman??:stupid::banghead:
 
1JZ VVTI or non VVTI ?
on 4wd or saloon car ?

since i know one place doing 4WD and very expert in 1JZ
location at nearby Jalan Sg besi there.
