Customer complaining bout MYVI powerless after few years driving

Hi perodua user , i have few customers complaining that their myvi 1.3 feel different and powerless after few years of driving , here some issue i wanted to share with u guys.

1. Throttle body - many driver did not know that dirty of throttle can effect our throttle respond.
2. Air filter - a dirty air filter blocks intake air causing the combustion went down.
3. Spark plug - A damage spark plug will not give a good combustion and it may conduct misfire if spark plug faulty
4. Engine oil - a minimum grade of a new engine (above 2000) recommended semi 5w30 or semi 10w30
5. Mileage of your engine oil - Semi do provide 7000km servicing mileage but do u know the time u start ur engine and warm up or u trap in the traffic jam , engine starting , piston running , lubricant start to be dirty and slowly become think and fail to protect ur piston and engine .

I'm not to offence here, just to share some info to all user

one of the customer (myvi user) blame us said that our lubricant problem causing powerless but when we check his mileage , over 2k ... then he tell us other lubricant can use 10k can use 15k , my friend mechanic tell me can run 10k ..this and that (dai kor , u request semi synthetic due to ur own budjet , semi can run 10k ???? are u sure??? (i'm thinking in my heart).. customer always right and customer is our priority ... so i just keep quiet ...

one more customer i meet last weeks , he say he send his car to a mechanic in Melaka cause his car overheated , he say y i send to ur shop to service last weeks y u nv check everything?? then he pass the phone to the mechanic ,

KL : hi bro , what happen to the myvi??? y overheat
Melaka : oh... his radiator fan not running , so overheat , change a fan motor then is done
Kl : oh ok thnx
(phone pass back to owner )
myvi : so how u want to responsible for this???
KL : sir , ur fan motor is not running , we can't aspect that to happen..
myvi : i don't care , is ur responsible , i want claim it on your shop or else i sue you
KL : erm sir ... fan motor can just spoil suddenly , v can't aspect it ...
myvi : nvm , i will meet u when i back to KL!!!
KL : ok sir

(weird y he kip blaming us for the radiator fan motor)

some of the parts like fan motor , thermostat can just suddenly stop
don't blame it to your mechanic cause they will never know when the thing spoil also

That's just scary. I hate these sort of people. They don't understand that 90% of the entire car is wear and tear. Use for 5 years and trash the car everyday but expect it to last forever. Even the super expensive luxury cars need lots of TLC otherwise they'll break down even faster than your average Myvi.

Sori la , customer is our pririority , we can't do anything , just let him do whatever he want then see how the judgement ... i just don't understand why some people can aspect their car run 5 years without problems???? if really 5 years no problem , then all the mechanics and spare parts have to shut down ald
