All sorts of locks nowadays. Just go shopping at those big accessory shops.

As for tax depends on the clearing officer. Usually 1pc. for own use they will let thru', but depends on luck too....

Many types of gear lock available but not cheap. Can go accessories shop to find as mentioned. ENEOS got one made in Malaysia but not cheap. Not all cars available for this

As mentioned depends on the officer. Sample also can tax one, but personal, one item usually not a problem...

Have you heard of Construct gear lock? IMO, way better than the one you posted above. If u r keen, pm me ur car model and I will check if it is still available.
