10w-30 Light Weight Motor Oil into 4A-GE 20V

What will happen If i pour 10w-30 Light Weight Motor Oil into my 4A-GE 20V BT engine? Dry within 1 month? Any comment?

hmm... i am using 0w-30 from BP. Got it from 2005 GT race.... it is light and the performance better. But of coz there is some disadvantage oso lah. The engine is noisier. So far my engine never drinks up my engine oil.

You are lucky perhaps. For engines that has mileage going up and not getting any younger, should use thicker oil.

reson being is bcoz my engine overhauled, balanced, ported and polished b4 mah... hehhe.... sorry for not mentioning that. but for aging engine is not advisable to use this engine oil lah... it will damage the engine more than protecting the engine...

10-30w = 1.3cc n below

Not really new engine can use 10-30. But after 2 years better use 10-40. If you drive hard 10-30 wears out the engine faster.
