Can find in chop shops. But have to do a lot of work to fit the engine in. Mounting everything have to redo.

Guys, i need your help! I am looking into purchasing an old skool but the car is not in running condition. I need to know how do i go abouts doing the transfering and jpj inspection processes and cost break downs. Anyone know what is a test card?? What about insurance??
