the cops aint gonna do anything UNTIL their own patrol car, OR their own family car got stolen.

ELSE, unless its the VIP/VVIPs car.

our cops are paid by the poor citizen to serve thoseVIP/VVIP.

Got to agree with what you mention. Everytime when ever a police car get damage or involve in a hit-and-run, the police will immediately respond. I remembered once in the the newspapers there was a report about a police patrol that was seriously damaged by another car, the best part it was on the first page of the newspaper.

Its true wat u said. Cops are paid by the citizens to serve those VIP's or VVIP's. These VIP's or VVIP's always have police escort so they can cut through traffic jams. So more we all don't have a choice but to let these clowns go through.

i think d best thing to do is, limit d number of chop shops. if got so many shops, d owners have to struggle hard to get d parts. that's y they have to do it in wrong ways.

as for owners like us, always keep ur receipt of purchase so next time when u want to buy/sell things, request 4 receipt 1st. if don't have, we may argue the products. this won't eliminate theft but at least, reduce the crime coz ppl started to co-operate in preventing on buying stolen stuffs...for long term result.

anyway, that just my opinion though. :)
