hi all,

does any1 using this engine? any kind soul can pls help me to identify the component of the air-con rectifier coz mine is faulty. the air-con repair guy took the thingy out and tried to repair it but i guessed he used wrong component. if any1 do using tis engine, kindly reply so i can describe further the problem. for everyone info, the rectifier box is kinda big type with long socket. thx. :rolleyes:

for 1.6 got 2 IC inside and for 1.3 only 1 IC, maybe these IC was defect can causes your aircond unstable (fluctuate). so u just replace the IC or change the whole rectifier. These item also can get from the aircond shop.

thx for the reply. the rectifier is difficult to get in the first place. secondly, the air con guy took it out for repair coz he saw a burnt transistor and a burnt resistor or jump wire. he then replaced the transistor with another 1 but i guess the spec is wrong. and the resistor or jump wire he replaced it with normal wire. so, if u have tis rectifier thing (code 077100-2712), plz help me to identify those components. its very criticle to how my car performing now. after i travel some time and stop at traffic light, the fuel will go up down up down as in the rpm move up down up down. i guess coz now im not using tis rectifier thing coz my fren jump the air con thing for me to let the air con works. so, plz help....

If u can take back the burnt component from the air con guy, or borrow a working unit from your friend, maybe i can help u to re-built that faulty controller.

as i have mentioned, its very difficult to find a same working condition rectifier. i have search thru my foreman also. and the air con repair guy threw away those components. dats y i need help from u kind ppl. does any1 have the same module as mine??

my aircond also not stable is`t like u my prob.coz when eng start then turn aircond the rpm up & down then eng turn off.but my car ae101 sc eng rpm to low,abot 6500 - 7000 rpm.so is that my rpm to low when on aircond it drop.till of the eng.
