Air cond activated issue - please help

when air cond start, the rpm drop very much. So that i open up more air in FICD (until cannot go), but who know it also cannot stand the idling. So i opened the throttle up 2k rpm normal (without aircond) idle, once the air cond turn on, it worked but rpm drop by 1k rpm, therefore idling only 1k rpm. The worst is the engine become weak some sort like no power when air cond is engage. When press the throttle, the car feel like very heavy.

i recheck all the vacuum pipe, confirmed no leaking. FICD check already it worked. check the compressor with mechanic. All said air compressor working fine.

This problem happened after i overhaul my engine and using 81.5mm low compression piston + 14000 rpm balanced crank + 272 in/ex high cam.


So hopefully big taiko here will guide me out there.

should not be... because before i use it on NA... no problem wo...

the problem solved at 11.30pm just now....
problem is come from compressor too much oil... Over the oil... that why the compressor hard to moving, that why causing lacking.... That lack make the engine belt moving slower... that why it cause the rpm drop until so terrible...


Now i just taken out the compressor, and tuang the oil out... and re-fill again accordingly... my engine already in healthy mode... hehe...
