B16A engine modify to without distributor???

Anyone seen this kind of mods? B16A without distributor.
I've seen it in a B16A turbo.
Any idea how it works and what kind of device needed?

i think the timing should be controlled via standalone management...

E-tech....the individual coil...how does that work? take from other coil on plug cars?

humm.... you can install evo3 cam sensor, can run wasted spark or individual coil ... but must use standalone...

using msg ignition coil....coz around 1.5k complete...

go get the AEM EPM (crank sensor) with stand alone ECU (motec,AEM EMSwill support microtech & haltech still need to maintain stock distributor but can run individual coil)
