camshaft-which one is better?

is it okay if the cam got a litle scrath at the lobe??

yeahh i think its a manufacturing defect becos of over grinding the edge a little bit. hows can the rocker arm scrath our cam??
if our cam got problem .. let say it is not a good manufactured cam what will it effect the engine?? valve train? head damage?
 
this will cause what?? if the vtec lobe being eaten (what mean by eaten?) what are the parts that we need to change if this happen?

Some stuff got in the valvetrain area... probably during installation.. one VERY small sand or metal bit can do that if it got in during installation.... so I think that might be possible, though unlikely unless your engine was worked on in really really pitiful conditions... :P

Means worn out.. due to the fact that the cams RUB on the flat portion of the rocker arms to move the valves.. you can see how wear and tear can be an issue...
