Singapore per capita income = USD24,220 p.a.*
Price of petrol in Singapore = USD1.03/lit*

Malaysia per capita income = USD4,650*
Price of petrol in M'sia = USD0.52/lit*

Assuming a modest 3lit/day usage. Average Malaysian spends USD569.4 p.a. on petrol. This represents 12% of annual income.

On the other hand in S'pore, average S'porean spends USD1,127.9. This represents slightly less than 5% of annual income.

Improve public transport? Impossible by today's standards!

Why? Simple! Our roads are NOT EXPANDABLE anymore! Buildings are constructed too close to the main road, making future expansion impossible! WTF?!?!

Even if PM can use the money, it will awarded to his croonies! And what croonies do? They become the Government's CON-IN-SULTANT as well as CON-TRACTOR!

Correct saying is, due to those mega white elephant project, our country is getting poor, but those menteri-menteri (buayas) have become super rich! If a project cost rm 100million, I think rm 80million was divided by those menteri-menteri. By the way, no one really know whether our country is poor or rich, any kawan to financial minister?

I have a feeling that our PM is controlling by those buayas. How did our PM make decisions? Base on what? Sure base on those "false" information provided by those crocodile ministers la. I don't think he is completely sure what is happening among civilians, those crocodiles blocked all the information.

Save money to improve public transport? That's a real bad decision no matter it come true or not. Some more, nowadays, only kl, pj, some area of selangor, penang, jb have serious traffic jam problem, increase the fuel price of whole country only to improve public transport in these regions, is that correct? Government must think way to boost our economy, but they are making it worse.

KTM, should be 4 trains per hour, once a week surely got one time only 2 trains per hour. trains are never on time, always late.

to take public transport, one must buy different tickets. you take ktm buy ktm ticket, take lrt need to buy lrt, take smart need to buy smart. how is that a convenience to the rakyat? touch n go? not everybody so rich can store money in there. plus if the stupid card rosak all money gone (how convenient)

roads all, lubang everywhere, or CON-tractor dig up to lay cables never fix the road back properly. take existing roads, make it a little nicer, call it highway and collect money (like the old klang road). how is that helping the rakyat? that's like raping the rakyat.

if thats the case, i rather that our fuel is subsidized, at least that way, i get something instead of the buayas.

If im not mistaken....the 4 billions they save from fuels subsidy will we used to finance MAS recovery which is MAS also is considered as public transport....pergghhh......clever...very clever.....but we rakyat not that dumb anyway...
