Didint ground piggyback/ecu engine will cause rough idling?

isc = Idle Servo Controller.
If I'm not mistaken, the latest firmware for Blue Emanage is version 1.39. Flashing the Gold Emanage v1.42 will ruin your unit and can no longer be used. Be warned.
Unless u do the hardware upgrade which I can tweak for u.
Drax tuner.

Besides swapping another isc to see is it funtioning properly, is there any other method to check on this isc? :nurse:

how much do you charge to upgrade the hardware?im thingking of using 1.47,change the isc already but there's still idling problem.i suspect something wrong with the e manage,the setting or the firmware,i dunno.please help me solve this problem.

Most probably rich idle... need re-tune. Firmware have nothing to do with the tune. It's just the communication between the Emanage and the pc. However, newer is better. Why don't u send back to the workshop u frequently did your tuning... They don't have the proper equipments...??
On the other hand ... a slight hiccup at idle makes no harm as long as your top end is good. Should you want my help, I'm happy to do so...
check your mail.

Cipan care to elaborate a bit on the benefit about Gold Edition?

Im looking at their "throttle response" mapping feature. Is there any other piggback that can control "throttle response" mapping besides Emanage Gold?

Assuming a car that has perfectly tune to high power zero pinking at low/high throttle, how long would it take for you to tweak the hardware upgrade for Gold Edition and add in the throttle response mapping? And how much would you charge? You can PM me :D

just wanted to chime in, and fwiw take it with a pinch of salt.

grounding is extremely important with ecu, especially more so with sensors. You should, if you can, ground the ecu and the sensors as close as possible and straight to the battery. Do not tap your ecu/ sensors to your accessory power supply, unless you can provide a clean stable voltage to it. Ever noticed sometimes when the ac kicks in your lights dim etc? voltage will fall and will wreck havoc on your sensors (they all need a clean voltage supply).

With these electronics, dont tap here and there. power supply and ground, get it straight from the battery

bad idle? hvae you messed with your tps? is the idle surging? check ignition timing (too high will cause it to hunt) and afr, usually, it will idle better when its richer than lean

Thx dolly :top: Bro dB pointed out SAFC put grounding as priority too, but the funny part is Emanage did not even mention it in the installation booklet. Guess its difference in their circuit design :D

Yup, richer setting give better idle, again this is oppurtunity cost, better idle = more fuel = more $$$ :lol:
