F1 off-season news

so many new teams and new drivers line up in the near future, now F1 sound like Pasar Malam for me. "Now, Everyone can build F1 team" (similar to AA slogan) :)

Not really when you need to fork out a cool 48 million as a bond. And then there's those millions of cash spent on technology, labour, travelling and etc. Its a lucrative business.

Your team will be name BLACK SAMURAI Racing Team.Name your drivers?

Check out MF1's new car. It looks like a freaking Ferrari + Mclaren livery patch together. Not exactly the best looking car on the grid. I bet it won't even challenge the top 6 this season.

Alonso go for high pay bcos his Renault boss can't pay him even with world champion under his belt.

That is the problem with Renault. After winning the championship they are already thinking of pulling out. Probably thats one of the reason why Alonso wants to go to Mclaren in 2008. Renault did pull out from F1 before when they were engine suppliers.

Mclaren's Tombazis returns to Ferrari

Ferrari have confirmed on Friday that Nicholas Tombazis is to rejoin the team next month as their new chief engineer. Tombazis was formerly Ferrari's chief aerodynamicist whom left Mclaren at the end of 2003. His move to Ferrari is the second departure from Mclaren's aero department this year after Adrian Newey's recent move to Red Bull.
