Ford lynx's Throttle Body

Hi guys,
I got a problem with my Ford Lynx 1.6 (m). The engine vibtare when air corn is on. I'd already change a Body Throttle (2 time) but not a new one.. (kedai potong) but had same problem. To make vibrate no strong, i set the RPM higher then 1 in normal (stop). Can I know what make those thing vibrate..?

Doljuan, Pls check your engine mounting I think got four mount in the engine bay, check also your TPS throttle piston sensor if this part mulfunction can make engine vibrate too. finally check your timming for aircond maybe too low (below 850 rpm). Me also own Ford Lynx 1.6 (A)
