its not sooo difficult la bro, imagine u in this situation.. go to amoil... the price is 450 without meter and adaptor.. then u go to to zth one seller willing to let go cheaper then amoil.. but the item just been used 3weeks... he ask u to offer him reasonable price.. sort of like bidding just pm him what is YOUR best offer la.. its not rocket sc la bro.. if u read my post i ask all the buyer to PM me...
