u should log police report if the damage is more than rm300....coz u pay summon at rm300 only..let him claim ur insurance....settled...

but in the case,

since the car is in the straight way, and u r the one reverse....it is more on ur fault coz u reverse without see clearly....no matter how fast he is driving...he is still in his road..he is driving on the straight road while u r not...u r reversing out to the main road from ur hse....

but in this case, do he jammed brake o not? if not, he might talk ' On The Phone' / Not Concentrate when he is drving until he didnt realized u r reversing out from ur house....

so the conclusion / also my suggestion.....he repair his own damage n u repair ur own damage.....pay NIL to him...

Fault (His 50% and u 50%) .. cause h was travelling fast at hsing area .. and i suggest u to reverse park next time rather than struggling getting out reversely ..

you may still have 50% chance that you don't need to pay summon.

no sound of brake at all, after the colition he's still moving.. basically just drag over..

my dad refuse to report to the police.. dunno why.. and my car's NCB discount 55% one.. maybe he dun wan to touch that. even my mom's previous accident with a pickup truck repair 2500+ ringgit she also no claim cuz dun wan touch ncb.

i have no idea how danger this guy is.. but my parents choose not to mess with him. they somehow give me an idea like "you're just a normal student in school, don't pick a fight with the biggest badass next class who's brother is the meanest gangster in town". even the workshop he frequent, the mechanic very polite to him, but when he's not around they say bad things behind his back..

just my luck i guess.. of all the people in the world why do i got involved in an accident with a guy like this -___-.

anyway..i got the same case as u couple of months back..i reverse den suddenly 1 'bang' den came out..1 white satria bang me in front of my hse..den stop around 50m away..i look at my car n den look at da satria..suddenly the fellow cabut..damn..i tot of chasing him but what da heck..my fault n 1 2 cari pasal meh..so let it b la.. :P ..lucky the fellow din come down..or else..hahah.. street fight liaw lor.. :P ...

1 word i can say is "fxxk" those car modified kaki not like here, will shared it.

the truth is that while there are people who live their whole life not knowing these gangs existed, but for those who got involved directly or indirectly before, you can see them all around.

but still, as far as i am concerned, they doesn't seem to be interested in you if you don't get involved with them. they don't simply force you to do any of their dirty work, at least in kuching lar.
