try this way

-go to yur Control Panel-on Setting Option, click on Edit Option
-scroll down until u can see Messaging & Notification
-enable function by clicking on small box at Enanble Personal Message.

and u have done it!

i had checked my PM inbox but couldnt find the msg replied to me .. pls advice where to find them back ... need it urgently..
