how to drift with a proton?

hehehe....another one of those drifting vs. ass-dragging threads.
anyways, chill out guys. about my ass-dragging technique on my 23year old stock accord, my handbrakes are super loose, but i still pull it off at low speeds. I personally feel, IMHO, that the weight distribution, angle, and acceleration is more important for FF. Handbrake is more for tipping the rear tires off, triggering a back-side-slide. Despite my loose rear drumbrakes(park bukit too steep oso can reverse), i just pull it once to induce the oversteer, and is effective. play with the throttle also to loose front traction to slide the whole car forward after the turn. (sorry if my explaination not clear). I use this method alot, and can clear at least 2 corners in a row(close together), wet or dry. Thats all from my opinion and little experience. Sila tunjuk ajar.


and Yes, do NOT do this stunts in public roads. I play only in empty car parks. (Malacca). Cheers

nope, that side big space, but too public, and road is bad for drifting (keep it simple, i like to call it drift). cos uneven. i play at the Stadium Tun Fatimah Car park, usually at night. wanna TT?
