Dave: i registered myself on 2nd sept. I got a reply from this guy with regards to payment details. A quick glance says it all. Bank in to the RHB account, Evarel, bla bla. ... yada yada. Ok fine, no deadline given. Ok.. cool. So i banked in on 27th Sept.
Then got a reply asking me "do u mind moving to afternoon session" as the morning session is full. So as a consumer, i'm practising my every right to ASK why. So i replied the mail stating that i got the account details but no deadline given. When i registered i deem i'm confirmed. Why move me to afternoon session? And I also asked to see if i could remain on morning session if not i'd like to opt for a refund.
I was replied "Read Carefully, I will refund U".
So i replied, what i had in mind, which is why bother asking Do u Mind when there's clearly not an option. Then i said give me till monday (when i wrote the email, it was a saturday), to revert whether i'll opt for afternoon or opt for the refund.
Guess what?

On the brighter side, at least NOW he asked for my banking details...
Wtf? Is practising my right as a consumer behaving like a kid? Is asking for 2 more days to reconfirm my participants based on the fact that i was rescheduled to afternoon behaving like a kid?
Dude, that's just plain rude man! Hey,when i go for a 1/2 day session, i make sure i clear my schedules first before i confirm. On that day, i've already cleared my morning session. To move to afternoon, i still need to reconfirm everything, be it personal or business. It's a Saturday and i so happened to be not working on that Saturday and i can only confirm on Monday.
Have i not practised my every right as a consumer (err, paid consumer in this case, not the type that poked around asking for stuff and walks away)? What? treating us like whores? LAY DOWN! PULL YOUR PANTIES! STOP BEHAVING LIKE A LADY COZ U'RE A WHORE! BEND OVER! WHAT'S YR BANKING ACCOUNT? AFTER I STUFF U, I'LL STUFF YR ACCOUNT!...
Not everyone takes it laying down. I'm so surprised why a guy who behaves in such a manner is manning the 'CRM' frontlines. Eventhough IF I MAY HAVE missed some small prints, what's with the attitude?
One or two less participants like me may be nothing to your esteemed 'groupie' or establishment but fren, this kinda rudeness, i'd definitely say NO to.
