Increase power 4 Wira

Hi,

I'm a kinda newbie at this, so pardon d dumb questions.

I'm currently driving a 1.5 Wira sedan A/T everything is stock except tat I hav done some small mods like changed...

HotBits 4-2-1 extractor+piping
K&N open type filter
and added front n back balancing bar

What else can I, do short of changing the engine, to improve performance.

Pls advice.

what engine u using??... carbie or injection??

planning to change to more powerful engine such as gsr??... or planning to stick with ur current engine and mod it??...

if u wanna stick with ur current engine and mod it..
- port n polish
- highcams
- performance carbs (for carbie)
- bigger injectors (for inj)
- adj fuel regulator (for inj)
- piggyback ecu (for inj)
- 1.6 stroker kit
- bolt on turbo

Later your gearbox and pocket kong, as Auto FC for ori is quite high compare to manual. Auto for Wira just 3speed only somemore 'P' gearbox will not stand if u modified to increase the power or we said it as torque... hehe..

erm... forgot to add... first mod, change to manual transmission... u will experience drastic improvement in fuel consumption...

meaning increase of how many hp?
n the most important thing is wat is your budget like?
think u would need a "game plan" b4 u start modding.....

no matter wat, u can really get good fc with a 3-speed auto gearbox... unless cruising below 60km/h all the time even on highway? best way still by doing conversion...

any reduce fc device is jz a gimmick... they dont give u significant improvement... learn to drive manual and change to manual gearbox...

if not, transplant 4g92p auto inside... 1.6L wira has 4speed auto...
