Jungle trekking anyone?

any sifu's here are pro in jungle trekking?
i'm just bored at home and wana go places and look at nature
it would be fun to go in a ZTH group with someone having experince with jungle trekking.
I'm an unfit noob, so i would like to start with some place easy.
any trekking parties to be planned are most welcome
 
been to Gunung Buah in genting

maybe gg to gunung nuang this weekend

but for started, can try FRIM

last i heard frm a friend, some waterfall in FRIM they went to was dry...
just wondering whats my level of fitness to walking and climbing for few hours.
the last i did was go up the cliffs overseeing Klang Gates Dam and KL and my muscles ached for few days.

junsupra: bkt kiara is right infront of my hse, haven been there walking for 9 years. but i did drive thru there one late night few months ago. u mean for trekking thru the jungle or walking on the tar road?
 
Taman Negara is good palce for jungle trekking... awsome place to be one with mother nature

FRIM & RRIM been thru with bicycle...bout the same as trekking tho...good interest to kill time =) and mozzies =P
 
Jungle tracking huh. Seems cool.
From Penang here.
Used to track to Teluk Kampi from Pantai Kerachut, was fun. Because there's no actual track for u to go along...just pakai hantam!
hahaha
