Paypal is not secure at all, you can reverse the charge anytime and you will be charged extra for the reversal too.

reverse charge? meaning u charge back to the seller or cancel the payment? can explain more specific. i didn't know that, coz my friend been purchasing a lot of product thru e-bay using paypal without any problem. if surely it's not safe, maybe will inform my friend stop using it.

If you use it to buy then no problem. But if you use it to sell then there is a big problem. A few smaller companies have folded because of paypal chargeback. Even some big online companies stopped using paypal. I've worked on the "other" side. Sorry but did any mod confirm the IP address of this guy whether he is from Puerto Rico. His phone number tallys with Puerto Rico but of course you could purchase the number if you have connections, I used to have plenty of New York numbers for my disposal.
