if i am using TD04 small turbo...n using big intercooler..
will decrease my speed??

I am guessing turbo lag will be more apparent on low-revs but very good for high rev. Air has to travel longer distance but it is cooler when the car starts moving. Pros and cons. Very good for traffic jam too cos original setup - the engine heat will BBQ the TMIC.
