No 12v Constant Power to HU

Greetings,

My HU does not have constant power coming in.=( . Tested with a test light...Btw.. the fuse located under the dash is for ACC and is not burnt....

Is there a fuse for constant power ?. Just double checking before i run another wire for constant..Could there be any other related problems? It's a Wira btw..
