that's why I'm pretty surprise when I saw the fines as RM300 which I know I don't drive that fast as someone is nagging at the side........

u sure all the fines for driving over the speed limit is rm300...??my uncle got a speeding ticket recently...ofcourse it wrote maximum fine rm300..but he had to only pay around rm150 i think...

only when it is the damn OPSIKAP thingy...should the fines be fixed at rm300..

Looks like the traffic law system is as messed up as the govt. hahaha I do remember them saying something like RM150 if you go hit 120kmh. Then, it's every RM100 for every 10kmh that you hit. So, for example, if you're going at 130kmh, it'd be RM150 + RM100 + RM100. If it's going to be RM300 even for 115kmh, then better just drive at 180kmh la. hahaha Might as well make it worthwhile. hahaha Then make sure your bonet has an air scoop to cool the engine and at the same time, maybe the air cond can be cooler too. hahaha

theres a difference on ops sikap n school holiday n not.

Ops sikap min and max compound is 300 no discount same as school holidays so beware.

The question is not who has installed radar/laser detectors...but rather how much is a radar/laser detector. Think about it, if its gonna cost you RM5000, do you think its worthwhile to install one. Mights well just speed on the road and pay the summons. If you're caught, you may end up in deeper shit and probably have to pay a bigger fine.

Satria, I think they mention before once but I can't emeber clearly. They said that if we go over a speed limit eg. 160 above, we not only get a summon but we be court case also.

I don't think there's court case when you're caught above 160kmh. Your fines gets bigger thats all. As it is, our court cases are overloaded and it'll be silly to charge speedsters in court and waste time.
