Rotary Engine Mechanic in Johor Bahru

Hi All Bros,
I'm a new guy, very interested in getting a new RX-8, but I'm pretty worried about the maintanence cost due to the Renesis Rotary Engine. I have heard alot of good things about the engine, but being a less of a motor-head, and more of an enthusiast, I would really like to find out more about regular maintenance cost from a local mechanic. From what I found it, I can either send the RX-8 for servicing at Mutiara Motors or Mazda itself. Are there any alternative workshops around in JB? Hope some bros from JB area can help out on this.
