Saga LMST

Owner of Saga LMST please share with us here..problem of the car, how u solve, what mods have you done...we can organize TT also :D

Year: 2004
Color: Yellow
Some DIY/Mods:
1. 4 points undercarriage lights
2. voltage stabilizer
3. Microcompressor
4. re-sprayed cam cover
5. sound-proofed the whole car (4 doors, front seat floor, front hood, back trunk)
6. CF Stickers (door handles, head and taillight)
7. DIY install vacuum meter

Going for:
1. Putting Move visor

Future Mods/improvement;
1. Mould front grill (if possible)
2. Paint rims darker color
3. caliper
4. ICE
5. Interior lightning
6. HID

Not much problem in the beginning and now, except for some squeking noise, locate the noise source and remedied it..:)

i also owned an iswara LMST..actually saga LMST...but whateverit is a proton car will always be a proton car...so hows your car bro? any problems? my plate are WLJ...hope all lmst owners will

Jaywat, i use the same car and got the same problem. I found that the back-sit iron rod problem(the metal lock the back sit in position ) . i try tape the rod with tape (any tape) and solve my problem.
Other sound from the door (back dook) locking , sometime got sound the sometime no loh . . . . but can be solve by adjusting the locking hook (the hook with black rubber). if u bring back to proton , they will tell u everything is find , no problem found.

YES IT STILL ALIVE, MY CAR LMST ALSO(MY 1ST CAR). ORANGE COLOUR.
I BOUGHT IT ON SEPTEMBER 2007
CURRENTLY ADD LITTLE THINGS ON IT:

CAP AYAM 4-2-1 EXTRACTOR
NGK G-POWER PLUG
MEGA RAIZIN VOLTAGE STABILIZER
CHINA BRAND 4300K HID H4
UR BAR (FRONT+ROOM+REAR UPPER)
HELLA H3 450 YELLOW SPOTLIGHT

SO FAR THE CAR STILL RUN IN GOOD CONDITION.
MINOR PROBLEM IS THE POWER WINDOW SWITCHES(CHANGE IT TO TAIWAN AFTERMARKET1 GOT LED)
AND A LITTLE BIT RAT SOUND.

If got use voltage stabilizer, i can felt the engine smoother, lesser jerking when the Aircond kicks in.
Somesays got more power but i think it's almost the same...

Hi bro, hope you still around, i know its been so long since the thread started. By the way i wanted to ask how you do the sound proofing for your LMST, is it effective? mine is LMST 2005 with sporty and very noisy muffler. Now wanted to soundproof the car but others advice to change the muffler otherwise there is no way to soundproof. Please advice bro, thanks

economical for daily drive. switch yr stereo louder....better than spending on expensive sound proofing
