tape to pc?

guys, im no good in this kindda thing...but im in a situation...

i have all those old tapes that i've recorded...and i want to transfer it into my pc...how to do it eh?...besides sending them to the shop?

this device let u to view and record from ur dvd/vcd/vcr/vdeocam
direct into pc monitor using usb slot....software included

price i think around 150-200 only
i saw it at imbi plaza ground floor ...
