Your responsibilities
• ISO9000 Quality Management - Overall responsible to ensure compliance.
• To create & maintain processes and procedures.
• Co-ordinate & support audits – internal & external parties.
• SQW ( Sales Quality Warranty ) Function - Resolution & implementation of Quality Issues at customer and hands on in vehicle problem solving.
• Quality documentation – 3D, 8D, IQIS and other reports.
• Discussion & resolution of Warranty issues with the customer.
• To generate warranty reports regularly.
Your profile:
• Graduate in Engineering – Automotive/Mechanical/Electrical & Electtronic
• Minimum 2 years’ working experience in Automotive Industry at OEM.
• Experience in Quality tasks.
• Proficient oral and written communication in English/ Bahasa/Chinese. German language written and speaking skills would be an added advantage.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation.
